How is this different from a regular form filler?

Does it work on modern SPA signup forms?
Yes. FakeSignup uses native input events that frameworks listen for, and it traverses shadow DOM trees. It works on component-based sites, not just plain HTML forms.
Do I need a real email address?
No. FakeSignup creates a disposable inbox automatically when you fill a form. Verification emails arrive in the extension's Inbox tab.
